Welcome to MacTrac, a mobile application owned and operated by MacTrac LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By downloading, installing, or using MacTrac, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Purpose of MacTrac
MacTrac helps users track macros, fasting, and food data for general wellness. All information provided in MacTrac is for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your health, diet, or exercise routine.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
MacTrac offers optional premium features through in-app purchases managed by RevenueCat and the relevant app stores (Apple App Store and, where available, Google Play).
Current premium plan:
- MacTrac Premium includes a 7-day free trial, then $24.99 per year (annual subscription only).
- There is no monthly $4.99 plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. MacTrac does not handle or store payment details.
Apple App Store Subscriptions:
If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, your purchase is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the trial unless you cancel). Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Google Play Subscriptions (where offered):
If you purchase through Google Play, payment is charged to your Google account and managed in Google Play subscription settings under Google's terms. Trial and renewal rules follow Google Play's subscription policies.
4. User Data & Content
You may upload photos or information for food analysis. These are processed securely and not stored after analysis. You retain ownership of your content but grant MacTrac LLC permission to process it for app functionality.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to hack, or submit harmful or illegal content. Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Disclaimers
MacTrac is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or results. MacTrac is not a medical device and does not replace professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MacTrac LLC and its members, managers, and officers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MacTrac. If any liability is found, it is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for use of the app during the previous twelve months.
8. Termination
You may stop using MacTrac at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflicts of law.
